Singing & Instrumental Tutorates

At the beginning of each semester, the AStA offers approximately 30 tutorates for singing and instrumental lessons.
With these tutorates, HfM students can receive 30 minutes of weekly instruction from major subject students in the areas of singing or an instrument.
The application phase is always announced by us at the beginning of the semester. It applies to both those who want to take lessons and those who want to teach.

Do you want to take lessons?

  • Then feel free to register during the the application phase 🙂
  • Unfortunately, the number of tutoring positions we can offer is limited. Therefore, it’s always: first come, first served.
  • For the instrumental tutorates, it is important that you find a teacher for the instrument you want to learn yourself—and then inform us of your teacher choice.
Important: Your teachers must also contact us during the application phase!
  • For the singing tutorates, we can gladly take over the teacher assignment. However, if you have a special teacher preference, you are, of course, welcome to let us know!

Do you want to teach yourself?

  • Then sign up with us during the application phase—and let us know how many students you can and want to teach.
Important: Please get in touch with us even if your students have already applied!
  • You will be paid for the tutorates at minimum wage. For two students that you teach, you will receive the hourly minimum wage.
  • The lessons must not be part of your regular study plan; they are solely intended as a side job.
